Hi, i hold a software which requires minimum of 256 MB of RAM, but I have onle 128 MB of RAM, if I run it, a dialog box appears which say that it requires minimum 256MB of RAM
At this time I can not afford to buy a new RAM :( , so pls convey me any way by which my Windows XP displays that my system is have 256MB of RAM (or more)

No way - you cannot grasp 256MB of memory from 128MB.
you have two ways any tobuy new bump or to buy new computer which is have 256MB RAM
There is no way to upgrade virually, sorry, you can try to download a smaller newspaper of the software, or try to get a cheap matter on Memory cards by calling around,
