yes just put the board surrounded by and intall the video card. Since there is no onboard video it will evasion to using a video source from the mainboard expanison slots. If windows does not contain the driver for the video card a generic one will go and get loaded so you can install the real video card drivers.
You get it right! Hopefully the graphic card is plug and Play, and it will install automatically. Normally they will, tho the graphics may be amazingly bad until you install the drivers that come with the Video card.
