i freshly want to know is a video card a graphics card, are they one in indistinguishable, is a video card just another designation for a graphics card, is it the same hardware for the computer

Careful. In standard a video card and a graphics card is the same but it depends on the context within which it is being used. For example a Video Capture Card and a graphics card are not like. Video Capture Card would allow you plug in hardware to allow the invasion of video picture to a PC. A person near this setup might still just say-so their video card andwould be talking aout the video invasion card no the graphics card. It all done to the fine print. Hope this help.
