Im trying to install (usin' window by the way) a saved program surrounded by safe mode-any design on how to?

Windows "safe mode" is for fixing problems in Windows, you cannot install other software within Windows while in "safe mode"

You can't do it on not dangerous mode.

this needs some guidence from any knowledged being in computers .. any means of access ..here is my suggesion restart the computer, press F8 button at the 2nd screen... u will b shown a dos mode eyeshade .. select safe mode .. next u will be logged in .. in a minute u can install the program ..
From my experience you can't install programs in not detrimental mode. but you can run standalone virus removal tools in out of danger mode like Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool or AVG VCleaner.
