Yes it is unpromising, your computer can overheat and not work as well. It also uses a great deal of electricity, costing you a lot of money.
It depends on which processor your computer have.. would you like to endow with us that information of your desktop? (relating to the electricity part of the question)... and if you do it lone a day and a dark.. shouldnt be a problem, but when you dont ever turn it off, yes.. nearby will be a major problem, and your computer might as very well go surrounded by the trash.
I always shut my Windows down at the train of the day.

yup its discouraging! it can over heat and explode........ lol jk ably actually it might. idk roughly that but it can over heat and it uses alot of electricity
i estimate it is bad, first it could run hot, an lift the life you laptop has on it,by turning it bad you not only cool it, but you notebook will last longer, too if you leaveing it on an you still hook to the trellis, they could hack you while you not their to, care for the notebook, i my self turn mine off
