i wanting to know if i can upgrade my processor (Intel P4 3.2Ghz) i enjoy curently got a ASUS P5S800-VM/S Motherboard, which is 64Bit prepared and was wanting to upgrade it to a 64bit processor, what chip can i put within and how high can i walk.

I'd suggest getting an AMD Athlon.
