if not which is better i am truing to buy a CPu i can't CPu articulate dual core ..all of them shows Intel Core 2 Duo ..nerver show intel dual core processor ...

the judgment it says Intel core 2 duo is because Intel have that name copyrighted, they cant copyright a type of processor because that would be similar to copyrighting the word computer. However there is a better one, the Intel Core 2 Extreme is the best processor out right immediately, its about twice as powerfull as the core 2 duo but it does as you would expect cost more.

core 2 duo is latest, and is not duplicate thing as dual core, adjectives new intel computers enjoy intel core 2 duo, so u likely wont bring anything older unless you buy used, core 2 duo is best



dual core is merely a general residence for any processor that has 2 cores, pentium d is an elder dual core processor, and i dont know if pentium d and core duo are different things
yeah, duel processor. dont buy a dell though.
