i destroyed my motherboard and bought one to replace it. i want to know if it is a righteous substitute.
is an asus p4p800 deluxe a virtuous substitute for asus p4r800vm motherboard?
The VM series of Asus Motherboards are the budget series, the ones Asus makes to aim at low budget consumers. The Deluxe series are aimed at high end consumers who are of a mind to spend.
That being said, the P4P800 Deluxe is superior to the P4R800-VM.

well..if you already bought it later I guess you'll just hold to put it in and see.. P go before R so i guess p4r is better than p4p..but the cost is almost matching..around $80 each
