Did you look surrounded by the system tools folder in trappings? One place that I worked for ran a magazine of NT that didn't come with a defrag tool they have to go buy one special. Might be the skin for you.
Go to Start Menu, select Search, select All Files and Folders, type in "defrag" and click the Search button. When the program comes up surrounded by the window on the right, double click the deity.
in instruct to do a FULL disk cleanup and defrag, you must boot into windows from a cd or another easier said than done drive as you can't move windows files when they are within use. I have two easier said than done drives, one with merely plain windows installed to defrage and fix the prime one I use.
Go to Start>All Programs>Accessories> System tools Both of them are in near.
Go to start, all programs, trappings, system tool, disk defragmentor
Either go to "start menu" and click on scrabble.



I have 2003 and I found it at: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\Syst... Tools
Have you tried right clicking on your complicated drive-->Properties-->Tools?
