Can be 70-80 sitting unemployed, crashes frequently when pushed with 3D games... should I find a beastly fan for the cpu (original 2000rpm aficionado installed) or think more or less upgrading the cpu to handle the gfx card? (I used 'speedfan' which didn't resolve the problem)
cheers
I'm using a ATI Radeon X1950pro agp 512mb beside an Intel P4 3ghz, notice my CPU temp is 80°C... not correct?
that is to say high. usually fiasco rate is 90c. You might want to recheck if that heatsink is seated correctly or not, and if the fan is spinning correctly. Possible obligation a new (better) heatsink for it. Normal is around 50c.
mine's contained by the 90's and still in green zone. CPU is green until resembling 122. (Intel P4)
